Thinking

  • When to introduce a first microservice in a multi-tenant platform that is still monolithic. The answer remains "not yet" — but the "yet" is getting shorter.
  • AI applied with judgment inside an SDD flow: what part of the spec work can be accelerated by a model, what should never be.
